摘 要:变速箱是船舶动力系统中的关键部件,其可靠性对于船舶的动力传递的安全性和可靠性有着重要的意义。基于此利用GO法,针对船舶齿轮箱进行全寿命状态下的健康诊断。首先阐述了船舶齿轮箱的组成和工作机理,将部件转换成操作符及其数据;其次对GO法进行修正,得到改进型GO法,定量地计算了某大型船舶齿轮箱的健康参数;最后进行对比分析。结果表明GO法在某大型船舶齿轮箱的健康诊断和维修策略分析中更加高效、精确,是一种有效的系统可靠性分析方法。The gearbox is a key component in the ship’s power system.Meanwhile its reliability has great significance to the safety and reliability of power transmission on ships.This paper uses the GO method to conduct health diagnosis of the ship’s gearbox throughout its entire life cycle.Firstly,the composition and working mechanism of the big marine gearbox are introduced,and they are respectively mapped to operators and their data to draw the GO method diagram model.Secondly,Boolean algebra is used to modify the algorithm to improve its accuracy,and the reliability of a certain type of ship’s gearbox is quantitatively calculated.Finally,the calculation results of this method and the FTA method are compared and analyzed.The results show that the GO method is more efficient and accurate in the health diagnosis and maintenance strategy analysis of a certain type of ship’s gearbox,and it is an effective system reliability analysis method.
