摘  要:在由文化自觉、文化自信走向文化自强的过程中,青年是讲述中国故事、传播中国声音的生力军。从理论价值看,在以文化自觉坚定文化自信的进程中提升青年认知能力和认同感,在以文化自信推进文化自强的进程中提升青年使命感,青年“讲好中国故事”体现文化自觉、自信和自强的担当意识。从实践价值看,青年通过进行个人创作、重构叙事题材、丰富文化价值来提升“讲好中国故事”的能力和水平。从时代价值看,提升青年文化自觉以加大传播力度,增强青年文化自信以提升媒介素养,推进青年文化自强以增强价值引领。In the process of moving from cultural awareness and cultural confidence to cultural strength,young people are the main force in telling China’s stories and spreading China’s voice.In terms of theoretical value,it is an inevitable choice for young people to enhance their cognitive abilities and sense of identity in the process of strengthening cultural confidence through cultural awareness,and to heighten their sense of mission in the process of promoting cultural strength through cultural confidence.“Telling China’s stories well”reflects the young generation’s commitment to cultural awareness,confidence,and strength.In terms of practical value,the personal creation,reconstructing narrative subjects,and enriching cultural values are a sure-fire way for young people to enhance their ability and proficiency in“telling China’s stories well”.From the perspective of the value of the times,it is necessary to enhance the cultural awareness of young people in order to raise the dissemination intensity,strengthen the cultural confidence of young people in order to improve media literacy,and promote the cultural strength of young people in order to enhance the value leadership.
