摘  要:为了深入理解以正弦和正切原理复现超高的铁路轨距尺检定器超高测量结果准确度,采用蒙特卡洛法(MCM)评定铁路轨距尺检定器超高测量结果测量不确定度,研究全量程内超高测量结果测量不确定度与测量点的关系,并对比分析MCM和GUM法评定得到的超高测量结果测量不确定度。结果表明:以正弦和正切原理复现超高的铁路轨距尺检定器在50mm测量点的测量结果扩展测量不确定度相等;以正弦原理复现超高的铁路轨距尺检定器在0~180mm内超高测量结果扩展测量不确定度与超高测量点近似呈线性关系,且均小于0.02mm,满足检定规程要求;采用MCM和GUM法评定得到的超高测量结果测量不确定度相符,MCM评定结果更准确。In order to deeply understand the accuracy of the superelevation measurement results reproduced by the calibrator for railway track gage based on the sine and tangent principles,the Monte-Carlo method(MCM)was used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the superelevation measurement results of the calibrator for railway track gage,the relationship between the measurement uncertainty of the superelevation measurement results and measure-ment points within the entire measurement range is studied,and the measurement uncertainty of the superelevation measurement results evaluated by MCM and GUM method is compared and analyzed.The results show that the ex-tended measurement uncertainty of the superelevation measurement results reproduced by the calibrator for railway track gage based on the sine and tangent principles is equal at the measurement point of 50 mm;the extended mea-surement uncertainty of the superelevation measurement results reproduced by the calibrator for railway track gage based on the sine principle at the measurement point within the range of 0~180 mm is approximately linearly related to superelevation measurement points,and the extended measurement uncertainty of the superelevation measurement results are less than 0.02 mm,which can meet the requirements of the calibration regulations;the measurement uncer-tainty of the superelevation measurement results evaluated by MCM and GUM method is consistent,and the evalua-tion result evaluated by MCM is more accurate.
