摘　　要：为降低进口铁路救援起重机因润滑功能产生的运用故障,提高传动机构及钢结构寿命,结合进口铁路救援起重机在国内的使用环境及特点,以KRC1680型铁路救援起重机为例,研究其润滑系统构成和作用。结合现场维修经验及典型案例,分析起重机润滑系统故障原因,并有针对性地提出预防措施。In order to reduce the operational fault caused by lubrication function of imported railway rescue cranes,improve the service life of transmission mechanisms and steel structures,combined with the usage environment and characteristics of imported railway rescue cranes in China,taking KRC1680 railway rescue crane as an example,the composition and function of its lubrication system are studied.Based on on-site maintenance experience and typical cases,the paper analyzes the causes of lubrication system fault in cranes and proposes targeted preventive measures.
