摘　　要：道德失语是生活中道德主体良心搁置、耻感淡薄、伪善助恶等种种病态“旁观者”现象的概括,这一“病症”本质上是行为主体道德理性、道德勇气的缺失以及对道德自由的误解。究其原因,多在于个体道德意识欠缺、陌生人伦理缺失及道德评价的紊乱。对此,应从培养行为主体他人意识、提升道德情感,涵育道德勇气、落实道德实践,完善道德奖惩、加强道德治理等方面探寻有效路径予以矫治。Moral aphasia is a generalization of various pathological“bystander”phenomena in life,such as the suspension of conscience by moral subjects,a weak sense of shame,and hypocrisy aiding evil.This“condition”is essentially characterized by a lack of moral rationality,moral courage,and a misunderstanding of moral freedom among the actors.The root causes primarily lie in the individual’s lack of moral awareness,a deficit in the ethics of strangers,and the disorder of moral evaluation.To address this,effective paths for correction should be explored from the aspects of cultivating the awareness of others in moral agents,enhancing moral emotions,nurturing moral courage,implementing moral practices,improving moral rewards and punishments,and strengthening moral governance.
