关联理论视角下《古文观止》英译本中显隐化翻译研究

摘　　要：关联理论是一种具有创造性的语言学理论,它将翻译研究从传统的语言层拓展到认知层面。关联理论视角下强制显化、非强制显化和语用显化策略策略,对典籍进行详细解释,提高目标语读者对源语作品的理解;而翻译中运用隐化翻译,可以构建认知语境,给读者留下想象空间。鉴于此,文章以罗经国《古文观止》英译本为研究对象,探讨其文本中显化与隐化翻译的具体形式,提出多元增补关联词、拓展译者“再创造”空间及调整显隐翻译比例等策略,为典籍翻译提供借鉴参考,加深了语言层和认知层面联系。Relevance theory is a creative linguistic theory,which extends the study of translation from the traditional linguistic level to the cognitive level.From the perspective of relevance theory,the strategies of forced manifestation,non-forced manifestation and pragmatic manifestation are explained in detail to improve the target language readers’understanding of the source language works.The use of implicit translation in translation can build cognitive context and leave imagination space for readers.In view of this,this paper takes the English translation of Luo Jingguo’s Guwen Guanzhi as the research object to explore the specific forms of explicit and implicit translation in the text,and puts forward some strategies,such as adding multiple related words,expanding the translator’s“re-creation”space and adjusting the ratio of explicit and implicit translation,so as to provide references for the translation of classical works and deepen the deep connection between language and cognition.
