基于渗滤效应的砂层盾构隧道环外注浆渗透扩散模型研究

摘  要:为探究已建盾构隧道在卸压排水条件下的环外注浆渗透扩散规律,根据渗滤效应下浆液渗透扩散路径方程,通过对环外注浆正、负压空间分布的计算,建立了考虑渗滤效应的卸压排水环外半球形渗透扩散理论模型,给出了浆液渗透扩散半径理论表达式,结合相关试验结果进行验证,并分析注浆压力、渗滤系数、注入速率及卸压孔距离对浆液渗透扩散范围的影响。结果表明:(1)考虑渗滤效应的盾构隧道环外注浆渗透扩散模型可较好地描述浆液渗透扩散的空间分布规律;(2)环外注浆渗透扩散半径与注浆压力呈正相关关系,与渗滤系数呈负相关关系,而与浆液注入速率和卸压孔距离无关;(3)环外注浆扩散半径随着注浆时间推移逐渐增大并最终趋于稳定,最佳注浆时间为30~60 min,并且可以通过增大泄水压力进一步提升浆液的渗透扩散范围。In order to explore the seepage and diffusion law of grouting outside the ring under the condition of pressure relief and drainage in the existing shield tunnel,according to the path equation of slurry seepage and diffusion under the seepage effect,the theoretical model of hemispherical seepage and diffusion outside the ring considering the seepage effect is established by calculating the spatial distribution of positive and negative pressure of grouting outside the ring,and the theoretical expression of slurry seepage and diffusion radius is given.Combined with the relevant test results,the influence of grouting pressure,infiltration coefficient,injection rate and distance of pressure relief hole on the range of slurry seepage and diffusion is analyzed.The results show that:(1)The seepage diffusion model of grouting outside the ring of shield tunnel considering seepage effect can better describe the spatial distribution law of slurry seepage diffusion.(2)The seepage diffusion radius of grouting outside the ring is positively correlated with the grouting pressure,and the infiltration coefficient is negatively correlated,but independent of the slurry injection rate and the distance of the pressure relief hole.(3)The diffusion radius of grouting outside the ring gradually increases with the grouting time and finally tends to be stable.The optimal grouting time is 30-60 min,and the seepage diffusion range of the slurry can be further improved by increasing the discharge pressure.
