重载列车尾部充排风系统的研制

摘  要:国内货运列车尤其是2万t编组列车在循环制动间隔时间较短时,会因尾部充风不足,导致尾部制动力弱,引起列车纵向冲动的问题。为解决该问题,研发了一套列车尾部充排风系统,该系统安装固定在列车尾部车辆上,通过无线网络传输信号实现与主控机车同步充排风,降低列车制动时车钩力,减少纵向冲动,提高列车运行稳定性。Domestic freight trains,especially those with 20000-t formations,may experience weak braking force at the rear due to insufficient rear air charging when the cyclic braking interval is short,resulting in longitudinal impulses of the train.To solve this problem,a set of train rear air charging and exhausting system is developed,which is installed and fixed at the rear of the train.Signals are transmitted through wireless network to achieve synchronous air charging and exhausting with the main control locomotive,which reduces the coupling force during train braking,decreases longitudinal impulses and improves the stability of train operation.
