摘 要:中冷器作为控制进气温度的换热器,与柴油机的动力性能及排放关系密切。为研究水冷和风冷中冷器对非道路移动机械柴油机动力性能及排放的影响,基于计算流体动力学数值模拟中冷器内流场,通过后处理技术提取温度场、速度场及压力场,对两种中冷器的迟滞效应进行分析。研究结果表明:采用水冷中冷器有助于提升柴油机功率并降低油耗和污染物排放;在相同增压空气质量流量下,水冷中冷器拥有更少的迟滞时间;水冷方式的中冷器更适于非道路移动机械柴油机进气状态和工作性能的提升。The intercooler,as a heat exchanger to control the intake air temperature,is closely related to the power performance and emissions of diesel engines.To study the influence of water-cooled intercoolers and air-cooled intercoolers on the power performance and emissions of diesel engines of non-road mobile machinery,the flow field in the intercooler is numerically simulated based on computational fluid dynamics,and the temperature field,velocity field and pressure field are extracted through post-processing technology to analyze the hysteresis effects of the two types of intercoolers.The research results show that,the use of water-cooled intercoolers helps to enhance the power of diesel engines and reduce the fuel consumption and pollutant emissions;under the same mass and flow of pressurized air,water-cooled intercoolers have less hysteresis time;water-cooled intercoolers are more applicable to enhancing the intake state and working performance of diesel engines of non-road mobile machinery.
