摘  要:上装结构是专用汽车及特种车辆厂商的主要设计和生产部件,其中,举升装置是上装结构的重要组成部分,它的耐用性和安全性直接影响着专用汽车的整体寿命。举升机构的设计差异化较大,各个厂家生产使用材料、举升方法、内外部的结构都有所差异。通过对比分析常见上装结构的举升形式和液压缸的布局,确定了某型号上装结构中举升机构布局并建立了虚拟样机简化模型,使用动力学软件ADAMS进行动力学计算,得到了相关性能特征,并对举升机构进行结构优化。通过研究,旨在为自卸车工作性能和轻量化设计提供支持,并获取良好的经济效益。The superstructure is the main design and production part of special vehicle manufacturers,of which,the lifting device is an important part,and its durability and safety directly affect the overall lift of the special vehicle.The design of the lifting mechanism is highly differentiated,and the materials used,lifting methods and internal and external structures of each manufacturer are different.By comparing and analyzing the lifting forms and hydraulic cylinder layouts of common superstructures,the layout of the lifting mechanism of a superstructure is determined,and a simplified model of the virtual prototype is established.The dynamic software ADAMS is used for dynamic calculations to obtain the relevant performance characteristics,and the structure of the lifting mechanism is optimized.Through the study,it aims to provide support for the working performance and lightweight design of dumpers and to achieve good economic benefits.
