摘  要:企业人才流失和人员离职率一直是企业发展中具有核心内涵的重要指标之一,以C企业为例,通过概率粗糙集理论分析企业的人力资源流失率,利用这一综合性的统计分析手段和研究方法,通过探索多个流失率影响因子及因子内在自变量之间的权重关系,预测和解释流失率的变化趋势。构建能够反映各种影响因素与流失率之间关系的区间模型,并通过分析因子的势优关系来揭示不同因素对流失率的影响程度,有助于管理者深入了解人才流动的影响因素,从而修订契合本企业的人力资源管理措施。Talent loss and staff turnover rate of enterprises have always been important indicators of enterprise development and core connotations.Taking enterprise C as an example,the human resource turnover rate of the enterprise is analyzed through the probabilistic rough set theory.This comprehensive statistical analysis means and research method are used to explore the weight relationship between multiple factors influencing turnover rate and their independent variables,thereby predicting and explaining the change trend of the turnover rate.This method can construct an interval model that reflects the relationship between various influencing factors and turnover rate,and reveal the degree of influence of different factors on turnover rate by analyzing the dominance relationship of the factors,which helps managers to gain a deeper understanding of the influencing factors of talent turnover,so as to revise the human resource management measures applicable to the enterprise.
