摘　　要：反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)在非黑素细胞皮肤肿瘤的诊断、分型和治疗等各方面的应用越来越多,但目前国内外尚缺乏RCM应用于非黑素细胞性皮肤肿瘤的诊疗指南与共识。本共识为部分皮肤影像专家结合国内外相关文献及研究成果撰写而成,描述了常见的非黑素细胞性皮肤肿瘤的RCM表现及其与组织病理表现之间的关系,阐述常用RCM术语,旨在提升临床医师诊疗水平,促进RCM在非黑素细胞性皮肤肿瘤领域应用的标准化。Reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)is increasingly being used in various aspects such as diagnosis,classification,and treatment of non-melanocytic skin tumors.However,there is currently a lack of guidelines and consensus on the application of RCM in the field of non-melanocytic skin tumors in both China and other countries.This consensus is written by some Chinese experts in the field of skin imaging,based on relevant Chinese and international literature and research findings.The consensus describes the RCM characteristics of common non-melanocytic skin tumors and their correlation with histopathological manifestations,and elucidates commonly used RCM terminologies,aiming to enhance the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of clinicians and promote the standardization of RCM applications in the field of non-melanocytic skin tumors.
