摘 要:为了促进航天企业技术创新进一步快速发展,本文从顶层设计、管理机制、产业协同、产学研合作、人才队伍建设等方面探讨了当前航天企业技术创新体系建设的现状与问题,并针对性地提出了优化与实践路径,包括强化顶层设计、完善管理机制、加强开发协同创新平台建设、构建产学研联合攻关实验室、建设技术成果产业化通道、构筑“高精尖缺”目标人才库等方面,对于航天技术创新体系的建设和发展具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。In order to further promote the rapid development of technological innovation in aerospace enterprises,this paper investigates the current status and issues of the aerospace technology innovation system from the perspectives of top-level design,management mechanisms,industrial collaboration,university-industry-research cooperation,and talent team building.Targeted optimization and implementation pathways are proposed,including strengthening top-level design,improving management mechanisms,enhancing the development of collaborative innovation platforms,establishing joint university-industry-research laboratories,building channels for the industrialization of technological achievements,and constructing a talent pool targeting“high-precision,cutting-edge,and scarce”skills.These measures provide valuable references and guidance for the construction and development of aerospace technology innovation systems.
