摘　　要：智慧党建作为新时代高校党建发展的核心导向,对其进行深入研究具有重要意义。本文以辽宁省高校为案例,采用半结构型访谈法对智慧党建现状进行梳理,发现在实践中主要面临顶层设计不足、平台分散分设等挑战。为此,应加强统筹规划,推动政、校、企三位一体建设,积极探索平台集成升级,提升智慧党建水平。通过这些举措,推动高校智慧党建健康发展,为党的建设注入新活力。Smart party-building,as the core orientation for the development of party-building in higher education institutions in the new era,is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on it.Taking higher education institutions in Liaoning Province as a case study,this paper employs semi-structured interviews to sort out the current status of smart party-building and finds that the main challenges faced in practice are the lack of top-level design and the dispersion of platforms.To address these issues,it is necessary to strengthen overall planning,promote the integrated construction of government,universities,and enterprises,and actively explore the integration and upgrading of platforms to enhance the level of smart party-building.Through these measures,the healthy development of smart party-building in higher education institutions can be promoted,and new vitality can be injected into the construction of the Party.
