摘　　要：任何大型企业财务数字化转型都会经历信息化、自动化和智能化三大阶段,本文通过对企业财务数字化转型的探索与研究,结合在大型企业实施财务共享系统的建设经验,提出财务数字化转型存在财务数据治理与财务系统智能化建设的难点。财务数据治理是数字化转型的基础,财务系统智能化是数字化转型的终极目标,这两点都需要投入较大精力且要持续不断地优化,才能保证大型企业财务数字化转型的成功。The digital transformation of finance in large enterprises typically involves three major stages:informatization,automation,and intelligence.This paper explores the digital transformation of enterprise finance,drawing on the experience of implementing financial shared service systems in large enterprises.It highlights the challenges of financial data governance and intelligent financial system construction in the digital transformation process.Financial data governance is the foundation of digital transformation,while intelligent financial systems represent the ultimate goal.Both aspects require significant effort and continuous optimization to ensure the success of the digital transformation of finance in large enterprises.
