摘 要:在跨国企业、国际商务等实际工作中,能否理解并适应中日两国的文化差异,成为日语专业人才职业发展的关键。在先行研究中,现有的日语教学缺乏对跨文化教育的重视、教学设计中文化导入方法不够充分。该文对跨文化交际能力在企业人才需求中的价值、日资企业招聘信息中关于跨文化交际能力的考查、日语教学中跨文化交际能力培养现状等进行整理和分析,找出教学中存在的问题,探寻企业用人标准。通过分析了解到,企业需要既有语言能力又有跨文化交际能力的人才,跨文化交际能力逐渐被重视。该文提出教学目标上语言与文化并重、设计以跨文化交际能力为中心的教学内容、语言能力与跨文化交际能力进行双重评价等教学策略。In the actual work of transnational corporations and international business,whether one can understand and adapt to the cultural differences between China Japan has become the key to the career development of Japanese language professionals.In previous studies,the existing Japanese language teaching lacks the importance of cross-cultural education,and methods of cultural introduction in teaching design are not sufficient.This paper summarizes and analyzes the value of cross-cultural competence in the demand for corporate talent,the examination of cross-cultural competence in the job advertisements of Japanese enterprises,and the current situation of cross-cultural competence training in Japanese teaching,identifying the problems in teaching and the of enterprises for talent.It is found that enterprises need not only language skills but also cross-cultural communication skills,and cross-cultural communication skills are gradually being valued.strategies proposed include:setting teaching goals that emphasize both language and culture,designing teaching content centered on cross-cultural competence,and conducting dual teaching evaluations of language and competence.
