摘　　要：新时代贵州精神是贵州传统文化在新时代的凝练、总结与升华,掀起了贵州“冲出经济洼地,构筑精神高地”的新篇章。该文主要通过对贵州精神的内涵及演变历程的深入探索及新时代贵州发展与文化自信境况的系统解读,全面揭示新时代贵州精神与贵州文化自信在生成条件、内容形式和价值呈现上存在的一定逻辑关联。为进一步给新时代贵州经济社会健康发展提供强大精神动能,结合当前的发展优势和战略布局,可从铸牢信念、寻找符号、厚植底蕴、赓续传承4个维度出发,用文化自信奋力打造多彩贵州新形象,最大限度凝聚各族人民力量,推动贵州经济社会跨越式发展。The spirit of New Era Guizhou is the condensation,summary,and sublimation of the traditional culture of the Guizhou people in the new era,opening a new chapter of"changing the economic lowland and constructing the spiritual highland"in Guizhou.Mainly through in-depth exploration of the connotation and evolutionary process of the Guizhou spirit,and a systematic interpretation of the situation of Guizhou's development and cultural confidence in the new era,the paper fully reveals the certain logical correlation between the spirit of New Era Guizhou and cultural confidence in terms of the conditions for generation,content and form,and value manifestation.In order to provide powerful spiritual impetus for the healthy development of Guizhou's economy and society in the new era,by combining the current development advantages and strategic layout,it can start from the four dimensions of consolidating beliefs,seeking symbols,cultivating roots,and continuing inheritance to use cultural confidence to vigorously create a new image of colorful Guizhou and maximize the mobilization of the strength of all ethnic groups.
