摘　　要：文化润疆工程是习近平文化思想在新疆的具体实践。新疆屯垦文化作为“文化润疆”工程中“文化”的具象化形态,不仅是边疆地区社会经济发展的重要精神力量,更是促进民族团结、推动文化润疆的宝贵资源。传承新疆屯垦文化与实施文化润疆工程在内容上具有内在统一性,能够丰富文化润疆的文化基础,促进新疆多元文化的传承发展。该文阐释了文化润疆视域下新疆屯垦文化的内涵,分析了文化润疆视域下传承新疆屯垦文化的逻辑理路,并且总结了文化润疆视域下发展新疆屯垦文化的实践路径。旨在增强文化认同,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,并为相关研究提供借鉴。The Cultural Enrichment Project is the concrete practice of Xi Jinping's cultural ideology in Xinjiang.As a concrete form of"culture"in the"Cultural Enrichment Project",Xinjiang's settlement culture is not only an important spiritual force for the social and economic development of border areas,but also a valuable resource for promoting ethnic unity and cultural enrichment in Xinjiang.The inheritance of Xinjiang's settlement culture and the implementation of the Cultural Enrichment Project have inherent unity in content,which can enrich the cultural foundation of cultural enrichment and promote the inheritance and development of diverse cultures in Xinjiang.This article explains the connotation of Xinjiang's settlement culture from the perspective of cultural enrichment,analyzes the logical path of inheriting Xinjiang's settlement culture from the perspective of cultural enrichment,and summarizes the practical path of developing Xinjiang's settlement culture from the perspective of cultural enrichment.The aim is to enhance cultural identity,strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and provide reference for related research.
