摘  要:新质生产力是科技创新驱动下的先进生产力。农业高等院校作为服务“三农”、支撑农业农村发展的重要阵地在加快形成新质生产力的过程中肩负着极为重要的责任和使命。农业高等院校赋能新质生产力发展壮大,有助于在双向互动中推进农业高等教育与新质生产力实现高质量发展,推进社会主义现代化农业强国建设。农业高等院校应当主动作为,不断改善人才培养体系为新质生产力发展壮大提供人才支撑,加强科教融汇力度推进原创性科技创新,在“引进来”与“走出去”结合的实践中推进新质生产力发展壮大。New quality productivity is an advanced productivity driven by technological innovation.Agricultural colleges and universities,as important platforms for serving the agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and supporting the development of agriculture and rural areas,shoulder extremely important responsibilities and missions in accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces.Empowering the development and growth of new quality productive forces in agricultural higher education institutions is conducive to promoting high-quality development of agricultural higher education and new quality productive forces through two-way interaction,and advancing the construction of a socialist modernized agricultural power.Agricultural colleges and universities should take the initiative to keep improving the talent training system to provide talent support for the development and growth of new quality productivity,strengthen the integration of science and education,promote original scientific and technological innovation,and promote the development and growth of new quality productivity through the practice of combining "bringing in"and"going out".
