摘 要:洪武二十三年(1390),剑川始设流官通判,当地的武职土官也直接参与到地方治理中,是明代典型的“土流并治”地区,以杨仰谟为代表的流官和以赵海为代表的土官在处理地方事务的合作中也建立了深厚的私人感情。但不可否认的是,土官在地方治理的合理性来源很大程度上基于地方的佛教传统,流官则试图将边地也变成“与中州埒”的弦歌不辍之地,这一点在向儒的土官赵海的墓碑、志文中表现得尤为明显。In the 23rd year of the Hongwu Reign(1390),Liuguan Tongjian was established in Jianchuan,and local military officials and local officials directly participated in local governance,making it a typical“mixed governance”area of the Ming Dynasty.Liuguan represented by Yang Yangmo and local officials represented by Zhao Hai also established a deep personal relationship in their cooperation in handling local affairs.However,it cannot be denied that the rationality of local governance by local officials is largely based on the Buddhist tradition of the region,while the corrupt officials attempt to turn the border areas into a continuous place of“harmony with Zhongzhou”,which is particularly evident in the tombstones and chronicles of Zhao Hai,a local official who studied Confucianism.
