提质增效:群体心理视域下体育课程思政方法研究

摘　　要：在响应立德树人的根本任务号召下,体育课程思政建设面临着将“价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体”的挑战。文章旨在通过把握主要矛盾解决问题,厘清课程思政建设的核心在于提质增效,明确其突破点在于“盐水之融”的教学方法。通过文献资料法,对相关政策进行深入解读,并梳理现有研究成果,结合群体心理学理论,提出体育课堂教学作为一个具有群体特征的领域,应充分利用其强大的凝聚力、传染性、易受暗示性以及对领袖服从性等,以实现课程思政的提质增效。具体方法包括:构建班级群体、培养班级领袖、形成班级观念和塑造班级气场。意义在于通过学科交叉,丰富体育课程在培养学生品德方面的教学手段,推动体育课程思政建设的效率提升。By employing the method of literature review,this study provides an in-depth interpretation of relevant policies and synthesizes existing research findings.Leveraging theories from group psychology,it suggests that physical education classrooms,characterized by group dynamics,should capitalize on their strong cohesion,contagiousness,suggestibility,and obedience to leaders to enhance the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education.Specific methods include:forming class groups,nurturing class leaders,cultivating class concepts,and shaping the class atmosphere.The significance lies in enriching the teaching methods of physical education courses in nurturing virtue and talent through interdisciplinary integration,and jointly promoting the efficiency improvement of ideological and political education construction in physical education courses.
