摘　　要：VUCA时代外部环境瞬息万变,动态能力已成为组织长期生存、发展及应对动荡环境的关键能力。先前的动态能力研究大多基于成熟企业,创业企业由于年龄、规模劣势,更易面临生存与发展的巨大挑战,更具灵活性的创业企业动态能力可能具备特殊性。然而,尽管学术界对创业领域动态能力的研究兴趣日益浓厚,但相关研究较为零散,且理论体系尚未形成。因此,本研究以创业领域动态能力的352篇英文文献为研究对象,基于LDA主题模型聚合出15个主题,结合人工编码及LDAvis可视化工具确定了内涵和微观基础、前因、边界条件和结果四个研究内容。在此基础上,对相关主题的关键中英文文献进行系统化梳理,构建了创业领域动态能力的综合研究框架,结合该框架呼吁学者进一步关注超越组织层面的动态能力研究,探索数据驱动的创业企业动态能力研究及拓展创业领域的动态能力研究方法、数据来源。In the VUCA era,characterized by volatility,uncertainty,complexity,and ambiguity,the external environment of enterprises is constantly changing.Consequently,dynamic capabilities have emerged as a critical competency for organizations to achieve longterm survival,development,and to navigate turbulent environments.While existing studies on dynamic capabilities have predominantly focused on established companies,new ventures,due to their age and scale,are more susceptible to significant challenges regarding survival and development.These new ventures possess more flexible dynamic capabilities,which may have unique characteristics.Despite the growing interest in dynamic capabilities within the entrepreneurship field,research in this area remains fragmented,and a cohesive theoretical framework is yet to be established.This study addresses this gap by analyzing 352 English-language articles on dynamic capabilities in the entrepreneurial domain.Utilizing the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic model,the study aggregates 15 topics and,in conjunction with manual coding and LDAvis visualization tools,identifies four key research areas:connotation and micro-foundation,antecedents,boundary conditions,and outcomes.Building on these findings,the study systematically reviews the key Chinese and English literature on these topics and constructs a comprehensive research framework for dynamic capabilities in the field of entrepreneurship.In terms of research context,the introduction of dynamic capabilities into the classic literature of entrepreneurship and the theoretical expansion of dynamic capabilities in entrepreneurship under the background of the new era were reviewed.In terms of dimensionality,dynamic capabilities were analyzed from four aspects:theoretical perspective,hierarchy,analytical level,and function.The micro level foundation provides a theoretical explanation for the formation process of dynamic capabilities below the organizational level,involving in-depth research at the organizational,team,and individual lev
