摘 要:首先通过改变胺配体的链长度,从油胺(OAm)、十二胺(DDA)、辛胺(OA)到手性苯乙胺(PEA),发现引入手性苯乙胺配体后,CsPbBr_(3)量子点的光致发光量子效率(PLQY)最高,为44.9%,且其显示圆偏振发光(CPL)性能,发光不对称因子为0.005。其次通过改变手性苯乙胺与非手性油胺、十二胺或辛胺的摩尔比例来共同钝化量子点,在苯乙胺比例为75%时得到的PLQY和发光不对称因子(g_(lum))均最大。其中手性苯乙胺与非手性辛胺的比例为3∶1时获得了70.1%的PLQY和-0.027/+0.025的g_(lum)。Oleylamine(OAm),dodecylamine(DDA),octylamine(OA),and chiral phenylethylamine(PEA)were selected as amine ligands with different chain lengths for CsPbBr_(3)quantum dots.It was observed that the introduction of chiral PEA ligands resulted in the highest photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 44.9%,and circularly polarized luminescence was presented with a luminescence dissymmetry factor(g_(lum))of 0.005.Further,the quantum dots were copassivated at different molar ratios of chiral PEA to non-chiral OAm,DDA,or OA.In the case of the PEA proportion of 75%,both PLQY and g_(lum)were the highest.A PLQY of 70.1%and g_(lum)values of−0.027/+0.025 were obtained at a 3∶1 ratio of chiral PEA to non-chiral OA.
