摘  要:本文针对IC双注塑塑封机,所使用的200吨伺服肘节式塑封机的合模肘节机构进行三维建模,得到其理论模型,并针对肘节机构进行力学分析,使用有限元软件对整个肘节机构进行力学仿真计算,得到构件的应力分布图,从而直观地确定构件的机械强度是否满足设计要求,并对肘节构件的优化设计提供可视化指导,同时对后期继续增大IC塑封机的吨位,提供设计更改方向。This article focuses on the three-dimensional modeling of the clamping elbow mechanism of the 200 ton servo elbow joint type plastic sealing machine used in the IC double injection molding machine.The theoretical model is obtained,and mechanical analysis is carried out on the elbow joint mechanism.The mechanical simulation calculation of the entire elbow joint mechanism is carried out usingfinite element software to obtain the stress distribution map of the component.This intuitively determines whether the mechanical strength of the component meets the design requirements,and provides visual guidance for the optimization design of the elbow joint component.At the same time,the direction of design changes is provided for further increasing the tonnage of the IC plastic sealing machine in the future.
