摘  要:本文介绍了一条金属化膜电容器元件自动喷金传送线,该传送线实现了将卷制好的元件传送到上料工位,再由机械手抓取元件放入元件框,随后元件随元件框在悬挂线上完成喷金,最后喷金元件在下料工位完成下线,而空元件框随悬挂线返回上料工位的工艺过程。通过机器人、射频识别和自动控制等先进制造技术的应用,实现整个元件喷金过程的自动化运转,既提高了喷金效率,也进一步保证了喷金质量。In this paper,a fully automatic metallized spraying conveyor line for metallized film capacitor elements is introduced.The conveyor line transfers the rolled elements to the loading station,and then the mechanical arm grabs the elements and puts them into the elements frame.After that,the elements are sprayed on the suspension line along with the elements frame.Finally,the sprayed elements are completed off the line at the unloading station,while the empty elements frame returns to the loading station with the suspension line.Through such advanced manufacturing technologies as robots,radio frequency identification and automatic control,the automated operation of the entire elements spraying process is fully realized.This not only improves the efficiency,but also enhances the quality and stability of the spraying.
