摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,媒介技术的发展为传媒变革提供了新机遇。学科发展面临转型升级,中国与世界关系开创新局面,中国日益走近世界舞台的中央,亟须推进中国特色社会主义学科体系建设,为人类进步贡献中国智慧和中国力量。通过分析党的十八大以来口语传播学的研究面向,发现在互联网技术高速发展的背景下,媒体发生重大变革,播音主持学科面临转型升级,呈现出口语传播化研究趋势;国内学者逐渐意识到传播学版图上除了透过媒介研究内容与效果的大众传播外,还有透过符号(尤其是语言符号)进行互动研究的口语传播这一重要支流,并且口语传播才是传播学研究的起源;通过搭建海峡两岸学术共同体,协同构建具有中国本土特色的华夏口语传播体系;口语传播研究除了指向媒体实务,还应予以日常生活应用场景更多观照;新媒介技术的发展造就了口语的“复兴”,也显露出回归口语人格化传播的取向。In order to grasp the research dynamics and trends in speech communication,this paper reviews the literature on topics related to speech communication in key academic journals in China since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,employing the thematic clustering method to integrate the selected literature into different research aspects for analysis.The study finds that,under the rapid development of Internet technology,major changes occured in the media,and the discipline of broadcasting and hosting is undergoing transformation and upgrading,showing a shift toward speech communication.In terms of the construction of discipline theory system,in the context of digital media,speech communication has evolved into“digital speaking”,with its communication process involving complex mechanisms,such as the extension of the time dimension in receiver identification.The rich practice and thought of speech communication in ancient China have provided theoretical confidence and innovative impetus for the constructing an speech communication disciplines with local characteristics.Academic conferences have also provided a communication platform for discipline’s development,though the methods of preserving these practices remain to be explored.By establishing an academic community across the Taiwan Strait,it reflects the institutional development trend and is grounded in the reality of China,which is conducive to the convergence of cross-strait communication studies.The study of historical theory suggests that excavating the history of speech communication can strengthen the foundation of the discipline.The study of human communication can be traced back to the ancient Greece,where speech communication preceded mass communication,establishing the core value of communication discipline.The primitive forms of communication also accumulated conditions for the development of speech communication.In addition,China’s rich traditional cultural resources offer valuable materials for the construction of the
