数字技术与乡村公益事业参与的空间延展——以N市D村村务微信群为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴发展背景下,乡民对乡村公益事业的“集体在场”“价值认同”“行动选择”直接影响着各类项目建设的实际效果。伴随社会变革,乡村共同体呈松散化发展趋势,乡民个人的原子化游离不利于乡村公益事业建设的持续推进。借助数字技术的应用,村务微信群在破除时空阻隔、塑造价值共识、聚合集体行动方面具有重要价值,通过对参与主体、参与意识、参与行动的重新组织,村务微信群的应用推进着乡村公益事业建设参与空间的延展。Under the background of rural revitalization and development,the collective presence,value recognition,and action choices of villagers towards rural public welfare undertakings directly affect the actual effectiveness of various project constructions.With the social changes,rural communities are showing a trend of loose development,and the atomization and dissociation of individual villagers are not conducive to the continuous promotion of rural public welfare construction.With the application of digital technology,village WeChat groups have important value in breaking down time and space barriers,shaping value consensus,and aggregating collective action.Through the reorganization of participating subjects,awareness,and actions,the application of village WeChat groups promotes the extension of participation space in rural public welfare construction.
