信念引领:特色高水平高职院校建设的文化视角

摘　　要：推进高职院校校园文化建设向特色高水平方向发展,有利于形成特色高水平发展的共同信念,有利于培育积极向上的育人文化,有利于营造干事创业的工作氛围,有利于实现高职院校内部治理的现代化。然而,在推进特色高水平高职院校建设过程中,文化建设定位落后导致信念存在虚化,文化基本认知偏差导致信念发展分化,文化实现载体有限导致信念建设简化,文化特色品牌缺乏导致信念作用弱化,严重制约了校园文化对特色高水平高职院校建设的信念引领作用与功能。坚持以信念引领发展为目标的文化建设定位,强化以信念服务育人为机制的文化基本认知,丰富以信念凝聚人心为根本的文化实现载体,创新以信念联动治理为基础的文化特色品牌,是高职院校推动文化建设、实现信念引领的重要行动选择。Promoting the development of campus culture in vocational colleges towards a distinctive and high-level direction is conducive to forming a common belief in distinctive and high-level development,cultivating a positive and proactive culture of education,creating a working atmosphere for entrepreneurship,and achieving modernization of internal governance in vocational colleges.However,in the process of promoting the construction of characteristic high-level vocational colleges,the backward positioning of cultural construction leads to the virtualization of beliefs,the deviation of cultural basic cognition leads to the differentiation of belief development,the limited carrier of cultural realization leads to the simplification of belief construction,and the lack of cultural characteristic brands leads to the weakening of the role of beliefs,seriously restricting the guiding role and function of campus culture in the construction of characteristic high-level vocational colleges.Adhering to the positioning of cultural construction with the goal of guiding development with faith,strengthening the basic understanding of culture with the mechanism of serving and educating people with faith,enriching the cultural implementation carrier based on the fundamental cohesion of people with faith,and innovating cultural characteristic brands based on the linkage governance of faith are important action choices for vocational colleges to promote cultural construction and achieve faith guidance.
