摘　　要：本文为《重新认识棉绒斑(上)》一文的延续部分,在上半部分系统梳理了棉绒斑形成的病因、病理变化和病理生理过程,本文系统讲述了棉绒斑的临床表现、鉴别诊断和临床意义。This article is the contituation of“Rethinking cotton wool spots(I)”in the previous issue where it systemically illustrate the etiology,pathology and pathophysiology of cotton wool spots.The clinical manifestations,differential diagnoses and clinical significance would be explored herein.
