摘 要:芬太尼类物质作为一种合成的麻醉性阿片类镇痛药,已成为一类新型毒品,在全球毒品市场范围内非法制造、走私、滥用情况较为严重,各国对芬太尼类物质的管控和打击力度不断增强,高效灵敏的快速检测方法对于进出口岸等行政监管部门相关执法工作的技术保障具有重要意义。为此,简要概述了芬太尼类物质的结构特点、药理毒理作用和体内代谢、滥用及管控,重点综述了光谱法、免疫分析法、原位电离质谱技术、电化学法等检测技术的研究进展,并对这些技术的应用前景进行了展望(引用文献54篇)。Fentanyl-like substances, as a synthetic narcotic opioid analgesic, have became a new type of drug with serious illegal manufacturing, smuggling, and abuse in the global drug market. The control and crackdown on fentanyl-like substances in various countries are constantly increasing, and the efficient and sensitive rapid detection methods are great significance for the technical support of relevant law enforcement work of administrative supervision departments such as import and export ports. Therefor, the structural characteristics, pharmacological and toxicological effects, in-vivo metabolism, abuse, and control of fentanyl like substances were briefly summarized. The research progress of detection techniques such as spectroscopy,immunoassay, in-situ ionization mass spectrometry, and electrochemical methods were reviewed, and the application prospects of these technologies and methods were also presented(54 ref. cited).
