链主企业数字化头雁效应与链上企业绿色战略选择——基于上市公司供应链的经验证据

摘　　要：链主企业是产业链上的“领头雁”,发挥链主企业数字化示范引领作用对推动产业链现代化发展具有重要意义。本文以2010—2022年A股上市公司数据为样本,探讨链主企业数字化转型头雁效应的存在性及其对链上企业绿色战略选择的影响。研究发现:链主企业数字化转型能够带动链上企业数字化发展,发挥数字化头雁效应,链主企业数字化头雁效应通过提高链上企业商业信用融资水平与碳信息披露质量,推动供应商企业绿色创新与客户企业绿色管理实践;在链主企业ESG评分高的样本组中,链主企业数字化头雁效应对链上企业绿色战略的积极影响更显著。为此,应打造链主企业数字化转型标杆,完善链上企业碳披露准则,加强供应链金融支持,推动建设绿色化、智能化产业链集群。Chain master enterprises are the"leading geese"in the industrial chain,and it is of great significance to promote the modernization and development of the industrial chain by giving full play to the leading role of the digital demonstration of the chain master enterprise.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022,this paper explores the existence of the head goose effect in digital transformation of chain master enterprises and its impact on the green strategy choice of enterprises on the chain.It is found that the digital transformation of chain master enterprises can drive the digital development of enterprises on the chain,and give full play to the digital leader effect.By improving the financing level of commercial credit and carbon information disclosure quality of enterprises on the chain,the digital head goose effect promotes the green innovation of supplier enterprises and the green management practice of customer enterprises.In the sample group with high ESG score,the digital head goose effect of the chain master enterprises has a more significant positive impact on the green strategy of the enterprise on the chain.To this end,we should build a benchmark for the digital transformation of chain master enterprises,improve the carbon disclosure standards of enterprises on the chain,strengthen supply chain financial support,and build green and intelligent industrial chain clusters.
