摘　　要：创新是新质生产力的显著特点。大中小企业融通创新作为中国式现代化下的开放式创新新范式,具备创新主体多元化、创新资源整合化、创新链条系统化、创新要素数据化、创新成果应用化、创新环境生态化等内涵特征,能有效促进新劳动者涌现、新劳动资料供给、新劳动对象拓展以及新型基础设施优化,从而推进新质生产力的实现。当前,大中小企业融通创新面临创新主体动力与价值激发不力、创新资源配置与整合不强、创新链条衔接与融合不足、创新成果转化与共益不完善等现实困境,制约其对新质生产力的赋能效应。为此,要激发创新主体动力与多元价值、强化创新资源有效配置与整合、优化创新链条衔接与融合、加强创新要素数据化与共享、强化创新成果转化与共益、提升创新环境生态水平,以助力新质生产力的实现与发展。Innovation is a prominent feature of new quality productivity.As a new paradigm of open innovation under Chinese modernization,the integrated innovation of small,medium and large enterprises has the connotation characteristics of diversification of innovation subjects,integration of innovation resources,systematization of innovation chain,digitization of innovation elements,application of innovation achievements,and ecology of innovation environment,which can effectively promote the emergence of new workers,the supply of new labor materials,the expansion of new labor objects,and the optimization of new infrastructure,so as to promote the realization of new quality productivity.At present,the integrated innovation of small,medium and large enterprises are faced with practical difficulties such as the weak motivation and value stimulation of innovation subjects,the weak allocation and integration of innovation resources,the insufficient connection and integration of innovation chains,and the imperfect transformation and common benefits of innovation achievements,which restrict their empowering effect on new quality productivity.Therefore,it is necessary to stimulate the motivation and multiple values of innovation subjects,strengthen the effective allocation and integration of innovation resources,optimize the connection and integration of innovation chains,promote the digitization and sharing of innovation elements,strengthen the transformation and mutual benefit of innovation achievements,and improve the ecological level of innovation environment,so as to help the realization and development of new quality productivity.
