摘　　要：正确处理探索式创新和利用式创新之间的关系,推动双元创新协同发展,对解决数字化悖论问题具有重要意义。本研究基于资源编排理论,构建数字化转型对双元创新协同的作用模型,探讨跨界搜索和资源拼凑的中介作用以及高层管理认知的调节作用,并采用问卷调查法和统计分析法对研究假设进行验证。结果表明:数字化转型对双元创新协同有显著正向影响;跨界搜索和资源拼凑在二者之间不仅单独发挥中介作用,而且还发挥链式中介作用;高层管理认知在数字化转型与跨界搜索、数字化转型与资源拼凑之间均起正向调节作用。因此,企业要从战略高度正确认识并实施数字化转型,加强跨界搜索和资源拼凑,重视高层管理认知的提升,推动双元创新协同发展。It is of great significance to correctly deal with the relationship between exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation and promote dual innovation synergy to solve the digital paradox.Based on resource orchestration theory,this study constructs a model of the effect of digital transformation on ambidextrous innovation synergy,and explores the mediating role of cross-border search and resource patchwork as well as the moderating role of top management cognition.The research hypothesis is verified by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The results show that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on ambidextrous innovation synergy.Cross-border search and resource patchwork not only play an intermediary role between them,but also play the role of chain mediation.Top management cognition plays a positive moderating role between digital transformation and cross-border search,digital transformation and resource patchwork.Therefore,enterprises should correctly understand and implement digital transformation from a strategic height,strengthen cross-border search and resource patchwork,and pay attention to the promotion of top management cognition,in order to promote the ambidextrous innovation synergy.
