摘 要:以新建兰州至合作铁路工程曲奥隧道下穿G568国道项目为例,开展下穿隧道施工对既有公路及文物保护的影响及施工控制技术研究。研究发现,随着下穿隧道施工进尺逐步深入,G568国道地面沉降位移变化曲线呈“中间高、两边低”的态势,服务中心地面沉降位移变化曲线在0~10 m段呈逐步上升态势,在10 m处达到最大值后沉降位移值逐渐降低。扎西苏伦佛塔地面沉降位移变化曲线呈逐步上升态势,在60 m处达到最大值。3个构筑物的最大位移值均小于设计要求值,采用设计方法施工对于该G568国道地面沉降,合理安全。此外,对比了4种不同进尺工况下的位移监测变化值,随着开挖进尺增大,G568国道路面沉降、土门关游客服务中心地面沉降及扎西苏伦佛塔地面沉降均呈增大趋势。综合安全和施工进度要求,建议保持隧道进尺在2.5 m/d最安全合理。This article takes the Qu'ao Tunnel under G568 National Highway project of the newly built Lanzhou to Hezuo Railway Project as an example to conduct research on the impact of tunnel construction on the protection of existing highways and cultural relics,as well as the construction control technology.As the construction footage of the tunnel gradually deepens,the ground settlement displacement curve of G568 National Highway shows a trend of high in the middle and low on both sides,the ground settlement displacement curve of the service center is gradually increasing in the 0~10 m section,and the settlement displacement value gradually decreases after reaching its maximum value at 10 m.The ground settlement displacement curve of Zhaxi Sulun Pagoda shows a gradual upward trend,reaching its maximum value at 60 m.The maximum displacement values of the three structures are all less than the design requirements,and using the design method for construction is reasonable and safe for the ground settlement of G568 National Highway.In addition,the article compared the displacement monitoring changes under four different excavation conditions.As the excavation depth increased,the road surface settlement of G568,the ground settlement of Tumen Pass Tourist Service Center,and the ground settlement of Zhaxi Sulun Buddha Tower all showed an increasing trend.From the perspective of comprehensive safety and construction progress requirements,it is recommended to maintain a tunnel footage of 2.5 m one day as the safest and most reasonable.
