摘 要:为预测盾构刀具使用寿命,对盾构施工过程中的开仓换刀时机提供指导,保证盾构施工安全顺利的进行,研究采用理论分析、室内试验和工程实测的方法,对盾构刀具切削力学模型、磨损机理和磨损预测模型进行了分析和推导。以现有切刀切削软岩力学模型和滚刀CSM模型为基础,建立了考虑磨损累积效应的刀具切削力学模型;基于金属摩擦学原理,结合电镜扫描结果,分析得出磨粒磨损和粘着磨损是刀具磨损主要形式;基于刀具的主要磨损形式和考虑累积磨损量的刀具切削力学模型,建立了考虑磨损累积效应的刀具磨损动态预测模型,并结合武汉地铁8号线越江盾构隧道工程的刀具磨损实测数据对预测模型进行了分析验证。研究表明该预测模型能够对长距离连续掘进中的盾构刀具磨损进行较为精准的预测,能够对实际工程中开仓换刀时机的选择提供一定的指导。To predict the service life of shield cutters,provide guidance for the timing of changing cutters,and ensure the safety of shield tunneling construction,the study adopted theoretical analysis,laboratory tests and engineering measurement to analyze and derive cutting mechanics model,wear mechanism and wear prediction model of cutters.Based on the existing mechanical models of soft rock breaking by cutting tools and the CSM model of disc cutters,a cutting mechanical model of cutters considering the cumulative wear was established.Based on the principle of metal tribology and combined with the results of electron microscope scanning,it is analyzed that abrasive wear and adhesive wear are the main forms of cutters wear.Based on the above research results,a dynamic prediction model of shield cutters wear considering cumulative effect was established.The prediction model was analyzed and verified based on the measured data of cutters wear in the Wuhan Metro Line 8 cross-river shield tunnel project.The study shows that the prediction model can make a relatively accurate prediction of cutters wear during long-distance continuous excavation,and can provide certain guidance for the selection of the timing for changing cutters in actual engineering.
