摘  要:依托济南地铁2号线济钢新村站-彭家庄站区间盾构隧道工程,从地层条件、掘进参数、刀盘设计-制造流程、静力学特性、模态特性和刀盘振动现场监测等多方面对施工过程中的盾构刀盘开裂损伤问题和刀盘改造效果进行分析。研究结果表明:刀盘开裂损伤可能是由刀盘的四阶频率与施工时刀盘z方向主频共振导致的;刀盘-牛腿连接处焊接的加强筋板能够增强刀盘-牛腿连接处的整体刚度,显著降低连接处的最大等效应力;刀盘主梁-副梁之间焊接钢板形成的环梁能够增强并优化结构整体刚度和应力分布位置,减小最大变形量;加强筋板和环梁能够增大刀盘的固有频率,后者效果更为显著;通过改造既有刀盘来避免施工过程中可能出现的刀盘损伤是可行的。Relying on the shield tunnel project between Jigangxincun Station and Pengjiazhuang Station of Jinan Metro Line 2,the cracking damage of the shield cutterhead and the effect of cutterhead modification during the construction process were analyzed from multiple aspects,including geological conditions,excavation parameters,cutterhead design-manufacturing process,static characteristics,modal characteristics and field monitoring of cutterhead vibration.The research shows that the cracking damage of the cutterhead may be caused by the resonance between the fourth-order frequency of the cutterhead and the main frequency of the cutterhead in the z direction during construction.The connection between the cutterhead and the corbel is welded with a reinforced plate,which can enhance its overall stiffness and significantly reduce the maximum equivalent stress.The ring beam formed by welding steel plates between the main beam and the auxiliary beam of the cutterhead can enhance and optimize the overall rigidity and stress distribution position of the structure and reduce the maximum deformation.Reinforced plate and ring beams can increase the natural frequencies of the cutterhead,and the effect of the ring beams is more significant.It is feasible to avoid possible cutterhead damage during construction by modifying the existing cutterhead.
