摘 要:盾尾刷在盾构长距离掘进中劣化会愈发严重,且会对盾尾密封造成强烈影响,甚至造成盾尾突涌水事故。为了探明盾尾刷在实际工程中的劣化特征,本文依托南京和燕路过江通道工程,现场监测盾构机出洞后盾尾刷状态,归纳出盾尾刷三种典型劣化类型:结构破坏型、弹性损失型、外界侵入型。另外进一步建立了盾尾刷劣化评价指标,可为实际工程盾尾刷劣化评价、更换时机及盾尾密封渗漏风险评估提供依据。最后根据所建立的盾尾刷劣化评价指标,对南京和燕路过江通道盾尾刷劣化特征进行统计和分析,明确了各道盾尾刷常见劣化组合类型。The deterioration of the shield tail brush becomes increasingly severe during long-distance shield tunneling,significantly compromising the tail seal and potentially leading to water inrush accident in shield tail.To identify the deterioration characteristics of shield tail brushes in actual projects,this paper examines the Nanjing Heyan Road river-crossing project.By monitoring the condition of the shield tail brushes on site after the shield machine was hoisted out,the study summarizes three typical forms of deterioration:structural damage,loss of elasticity,and external intrusion.In addition,the evaluation indices for shield tail brushes deterioration were further established,providing a foundation for the evaluation of shield tail brushes deterioration,determining optimal replacement timing,and conducting risk assessments for shield tail seal leakage in the actual project.Finally,according to the established shield tail brushes deterioration evaluation indices,the deterioration characteristics of the shield tail brushes in the Nanjing Heyan Road river-crossing project were statistically and analytically analyzed,clarifying the common deterioration combinations of each row of the shield tail brushes.
