盾构隧道穿越基岩凸起地层处治及掘进技术研究

摘  要:随着我国盾构隧道建设规模的提升,盾构隧道修建所面临的特殊不良地层种类也日益繁多,其中当盾构穿越基岩凸起地层时,掘进效率明显降低,因此合理的处治和掘进措施是保证盾构安全高效通过的关键。本文依托厦门轨道交通3号线洪~林盾构区间工程,针对上述问题,采用现场试验和数理统计分析方法,研究区间线路优化措施,在此基础上对比基岩凸起地层预处理方法,并分析基岩凸起地层毫秒延时爆破关键技术及参数,对线路未预处理段,开展掘进参数变化规律和分布特征研究,结果表明:隧道轨面最低点的抬升高度与爆破量基本成线性关系,抬升1.5~2.0m能够大幅降低爆破量,减少爆破施工难度及爆破施工范围,有效的避开了隧道底部高强度岩石;合理布置炮孔、爆破网路及爆破方法,能有效破碎基岩,保证盾构安全掘进;当盾构穿越基岩凸起地层时宜采用小推力、大扭矩,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。With the improvement of the construction scale of shield tunnels in China,the types of special bad strata faced by shield tunnel construction are also increasing.When the shield passes through the bedrock convex stratum,the tunneling efficiency is significantly reduced.Therefore,reasonable treatment and tunneling measures are the keys to ensuring the safe and efficient passage of the shield.Based on the Honglin shield interval project of Xiamen rail transit line 3,aiming at the above problems,this paper uses the field test and mathematical statistics analysis method to study the optimization measures of the interval line and,on this basis,compares the pretreatment methods of bedrock bulge formation,analyzes the key technologies and parameters of millisecond delay blasting in bedrock bulge formation,and carries out the research on the variation law and distribution characteristics of tunneling parameters in the unprocessed section of the line.The results show that the lifting height of the lowest point of the tunnel rail surface is basically linear with the blasting volume,and the lifting of 1.5~2.0 m can significantly reduce the blasting volume,reduce the difficulty and scope of blasting construction,and effectively avoid the high-strength rock at the bottom of the tunnel;Reasonable arrangements of blast holes,blasting networks,and blasting methods can effectively break the bedrock and ensure the safe tunneling of shields.Small thrust and large torque should be used when the shield crosses the bedrock convex stratum.The research results can provide a reference for similar projects.
