摘  要:采用激光熔覆304不锈钢对CL60钢车轮试样进行局部修复,研究了不同温度和相对湿度条件(25℃,60%;50℃,60%;50℃,90%)下修复车轮试样的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:温度越高,稳定摩擦因数越小,在温度50℃下相对湿度对稳定摩擦因数几乎无影响;温度越高或相对湿度越小,局部修复车轮的磨损质量损失和裂纹长度角度越大,耐磨性能越差。在温度25℃、相对湿度60%条件下,车轮表面熔覆层与基体结合区靠近基体一侧存在大块材料剥落和小角度多层裂纹,裂纹向材料内部扩展,损伤较严重;相对湿度保持60%不变、温度提高至50℃,熔覆层损伤程度减轻,结合区出现明显的分界线且无明显裂纹;温度升高至50℃、相对湿度增加至90%,熔覆层内无明显损伤,结合区有少量剥落坑,依然存在明显分界。Cl60 steel wheel samples were partrally repaired by laser cladding 304L stainless steel.The friction and wear properties of repaired wheel samples under different temperature and relative humidity conditions(25℃,60%;50℃,60%;50℃,90%)were studied.The results show that the higher the temperature,the smaller the stable friction factor;the relative humidity had almost no effect on the stable friction factor at 50℃.The higher the temperature or the lower the relative humidity,the greater the wear mass loss and crack length and angle of the partical repaired wheel.Under the 25℃and 60%relative humidity condition,the bond zone between the cladding layer and the matrix on surface of the wheel had large material spalling and multi-layer cracks with small angles near the matrix,the cracks propagated inward,and the damage was serious.When the humidity was kept at 60%and the temperature increased to 50℃,the damage degree of the cladding layer was reduced,and there was an obvious dividing line and no obvious cracks in the bond zone.When the temperature increased to 50℃and the relative humidity increased to 90%,no obvious damage existed in the cladding layer,the bond zon had a few spalling pits and the boundary between the cladding layer and matrix was clear.
