摘 要:探究五仁茶对便秘小鼠润肠通便的作用。将实验小鼠随机分为空白组(蒸馏水)、模型组(蒸馏水)、阳性组(5%麻仁丸)、低、中、高剂量组五仁茶:1101、5505和11010 mg/kg·BW(分别相当于正常人推荐用量的3、15、30倍)6个对照组,灌胃14天后,采用盐酸洛哌丁胺混悬液给药诱导建立小鼠便秘模型,通过比较小鼠小肠墨汁推进率和首次排黑便时间、6小时内排黑便粒数、排便质量,得出五仁茶对便秘型小鼠润肠通便的功效。实验显示:盐酸洛哌丁胺混悬液可以成功构建便秘小鼠模型;对比模型组、阳性组、3个剂量组发现,各评价指标均有改善,尤其高剂量五仁茶可增加便秘型小鼠小肠墨汁推进率(27.02%),缩短首次排黑便的时间(43.67 min),增加6小时内排黑便的粒数(4.67粒)和质量(0.1076 g)。研究表明:五仁茶能改善便秘型小鼠的润肠通便性能,可为开发润肠药茶奠定基础。In order to investigate the embellish aperient bowel effects of Wuren Tea on constipated mice,experimental mice were randomly divided into six groups:a control group(distilled water),a model group(distilled water),a positive control group(5% Maren Pills)and low,medium-and high-dose treatment groups with WuRen Tea of 1101,5505 and 11010 mg/kg·BW(corresponding to 3,15 and 30 times the recommended dose for humans),respectively.After 14 days of gastric gavage,a constipation model was induced with a suspension of loperamide hydrochloride.The effects of Wuren Tea on the intestinal motility of constipated mice were evaluated by comparing the intestinal ink propulsion rate,time until the first occurrence of black feces,the number of black feces produced within 6 hours,and fecal quality.Results showed that the loperamide hydrochloride suspension effectively induced a constipation model in mice.Comparisons among the model group,positive group,and three dosage groups revealed significant improvements in all evaluation metrics.Notably,the high-dose group of Wuren Tea increased the ink propulsion rate in the small intestine by 27.02%,reduced the time to first black feces by 43.67 minutes,and increased the number of black feces produced within 6 hours(4.67 pieces)and their quality(0.1076 g).The findings indicated that Wuren Tea could enhance intestinal motility in constipated mice,providing a basis for the development of laxative herbal teas.
