摘  要:新修订的《体育法》规定体育教师享受与其他学科教师同等待遇,但此规定在实施过程中却依然存在诸多障碍。通过运用问卷调查、深度访谈、文献分析等方法,发现部分中小学体育教师在工资待遇、职称评定、荣誉表彰、职务聘任、职业培训等方面与其他学科教师仍存在较大差距。主要原因在于体育学科相较其他学科没有受到足够重视,体育科目相较其他科目尚未纳入高考体制,体育教师相较其他学科教师专业素养有待提升。为此,不仅应推进体育纳入高考以提升学科地位,还应提高教师专业素养以匹配同等待遇,同时压实各方主体责任以保障待遇落实。The newly revised"Sports Law"stipulates that physical education teachers enjoy the same treatment as teachers of other subjects,but there are still many obstacles in the implementation process.Through the use of questionnaire surveys,indepth interviews,document analysis and other methods,it was found that there are still big gaps between some primary and secondary school physical education teachers and teachers of other subjects in terms of salary,curriculum,professional title evaluation,honorary commendation,job appointment,and vocational training.The main reason is that compared with other subjects,physical education subjects have not received enough attention.Compared with other subjects,physical education subjects have not yet been included in the college entrance examination system.Compared with other teachers,physical education teachers need to improve their professional qualities.To this end,not only should physical education be included in the college entrance examination to enhance the status of the subject,but the professional quality of teachers should be improved to match equal treatment,and the responsibilities of all parties should be consolidated to ensure the implementation of treatment.
