基于元分析的企业科技创新投入影响因素探究

摘　　要：在全球经济格局深刻变革与科技迅猛发展的时代浪潮中,各国企业纷纷将创新视为突破竞争壁垒、开辟新市场的核心战略。作为驱动企业创新的关键要素,科技创新投入的多寡及成效在很大程度上取决于内外部多种复杂因素的综合作用。近年来,大量的研究从不同视角对企业科技创新投入的影响因素进行了探索,但由于研究方法、样本范围以及行业背景等差异,相关结论存在一定的离散性与不确定性。在此背景下,运用元分析方法对国内外关于企业科技创新投入的内外部影响因素及其作用机制的107篇相关研究文献进行分析,得到了结论如下:政府补助、企业规模增大、企业年龄以及股权激励的提供都会显著促进企业创新投入;股权集中度、行业集中度都与企业创新投入负相关。基于分析结论对政策和企业管理两方面提出以下4点建议:(1)政府应该出台鼓励中央和地方对科技研发投入的政策;(2)政府应该引入市场竞争机制,提高资源配置效率;(3)企业应扩大规模并延长经营时间,以获取更多资源,进而增强创新能力;(4)企业应该优化公司治理体系,减少股权集中度,同时提供股权激励。In the era of profound changes in the global economic structure and rapid development of science and technology,enterprises in various countries regard innovation as the core strategy to break through competition barriers and open up new markets.As a key factor driving enterprise innovation,the amount and effectiveness of investment in scientific and technological innovation depend to a large extent on the comprehensive effect of multiple internal and external complex factors.In recent years,a large number of studies have explored the influencing factors of enterprise science and technology innovation investment from different perspectives.However,due to differences in research methods,sample scope and industry background,there are certain discreteness and uncertainty in the relevant conclusions.Against this background,this paper uses meta-analysis method to analyze 107 related research documents at home and abroad on the internal and external influencing factors and their mechanisms of enterprise scientific and technological innovation investment,and reaches the following conclusions:government subsidies,an increase in enterprise scale,the increase of enterprise age,and the provision of equity incentives will significantly promote enterprise innovation investment;equity concentration and industry concentration are both negatively correlated with enterprise innovation investment.Based on the analysis,four suggestions are put forward in terms of policy and enterprise management:(1)The government should introduce policies to encourage central and local governments to invest in scientific research and development.(2)The government should introduce a market competition mechanism to improve resource allocation efficiency.(3)Enterprises should expand their scale and extend their operating time to obtain more resources and enhance their innovation capabilities.(4)Enterprises should optimize their governance system,reduce equity concentration,and provide equity incentives.
