摘　　要：运用扎根理论的编码技术分析了宁波舟山港在不同风险情境下企业创新链演进对组织韧性的影响。通过系统收集和编码企业创新活动数据,采用开放编码、主轴编码和选择性编码方法构建了理论框架。结果表明:一是创新链的构建通过技术创新联结多元主体,不仅满足市场需求,还增强了组织韧性;二是创新链的动态演进使企业能够通过非线性流转和反馈机制高效转化创新资源为创新能力,以适应不断变化的市场需求;三是创新链与组织韧性之间存在嵌套共生关系,创新链的有效整合能够提升信息与资源流转效率,从而增强组织韧性的完整性和可持续性。研究结论为企业在动态市场环境中通过创新链提升组织韧性提供了理论框架和实践参考,强调在遵循全球环境、社会和治理(ESG)准则的同时,企业应加强技术创新与市场需求管理的结合,推动合作而非竞争,实现可持续发展目标。Grounded theory's coding techniques are employed to analyze the impact of enterprise innovation chain evolution on organizational resilience under different risk scenarios at Ningbo-Zhoushan Port.Data on corporate innovation activities are systematically collected and coded,with open coding,axial coding,and selective coding methods are used to construct the theoretical framework.The findings indicate that(1)The construction of innovation chains links diverse stakeholders through technological innovation,not only addressing market demands but also enhancing organizational resilience.(2)The dynamic evolution of innovation chains enables enterprises to efficiently transform innovation resources into capabilities through non-linear flows and feedback mechanisms,adapting to changing market demands.(3)A nested symbiotic relationship exists between innovation chains and organizational resilience,and the effective integration of the innovation chain can improve the efficiency of information and resource circulation,so as to enhance the integrity and sustainability of organizational resilience.The research conclusion provides theoretical framework and practical reference for enhancing organizational through innovation chains in dynamic market environments,emphasizing that enterprises should strengthen the integration of technological innovation with market demand management while adhering to global environmental,social,and governance(ESG)guidelines,shifting from competition to collaboration and ultimately achieving sustainable development goals.
