摘 要:比较了热风干燥、冷冻干燥和超声波辅助处理冷冻干燥3种干燥工艺对白首乌的影响。使用断层扫描仪(CT)、全自动色差仪、质构仪检测发现:采用超声波辅助处理冷冻干燥和真空冷冻干燥的白首乌较热风处理的白首乌的孔隙率下降了9.66%、11.22%;色泽亮度提升了20.82、19.39;结构变软,有利于药品的浸出,较好地维持了产品的品质。采用超声波辅助冷冻干燥的白首乌与真空冷冻干燥的白首乌品质相近,但可以节省55.1%的加工时间,提高了冻干机的使用效率并节约电能。The effects of three drying processes,including hot air drying,freeze drying,and ultrasonic-assisted treatment freeze drying,on Cynanchum bungeanum are compared.Using a computed tomography(CT),an automatic colorimeter,and a texture meter,it is found that compared to hot air treated Cynanchum bungeanum,the porosity of Cynanchum bungeanum with ultrasonic assisted treatment freeze-drying and vacuum freeze-drying is decreased by 9.66%and 11.22%,respectively,and the color brightness is increased by 20.82 and 19.39.The structure has become softer,which is conducive to drug leaching and better maintained product quality.The quality of ultrasonic-assisted freeze-drying Cynanchum bungeanum is comparable with vacuum freeze-drying Cynanchum bungeanum,but it saves 55.1%of the processing time,improves the efficiency of the freeze-drying machine,and saves electricity.
