摘　　要：过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅激活因子1α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator1α, PGC1α)作为线粒体生物合成和氧化代谢的主要调节因子,其活性和表达的改变与许多疾病相关。近年来,关于PGC1α和癌症发生发展的相关研究也越来越多,PGC1α的作用在肿瘤中呈现出明显的异质性,高表达或低表达PGC1α均被报道与肿瘤的发生发展及预后有关,说明PGC1α在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。因此,本文对PGC1α的分类、结构和功能、活性调节、促癌和抑癌作用及其在口腔癌中的作用相关研究进展进行了综述,为恶性肿瘤的靶向能量代谢治疗提供理论参考。Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γcoactivator 1-α(PGC1α)is a crucial regulator of mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism,with its activity and expression linked to various diseases.In recent years,there has been a growing body of research on the relationship between PGC1αand cancer.The role of PGC1αin tumors exhibits significant heterogeneity,with both overexpression and underexpression of PGC1αreported to be associated with tumor occurrence,development,and prognosis,emphasizing its critical role in tumorigenesis and progression.Therefore,this article comprehensively reviews the classification,structure,function,activity regulation,and pro-carcinogenic and anti-carcinogenic effects of PGC1α,as well as its roles in oral cancer,aiming to provide a valuable theoretical reference for targeted energy metabolism therapy of malignant tumors.
