摘  要:近年来新能源汽车进入快速发展阶段,永磁同步电机的性能越来越受重视。根据某款新能源汽车整车性能指标,设计了一台36槽8极永磁体“V”极内置式永磁同步电机。使用Motor-CAD软件进行建模并采用参数优化方法,以降低齿槽转矩和提升效率为优化目标,对电机的永磁体厚度、气隙和定子槽深进行优化分析及改进。优化结果表明,当永磁体厚度为4.5 mm、气隙为0.98 mm、定子槽深为21.7 mm时,电机的齿槽转矩最小、效率最大。此时电机最高效率达97.34%,超过当前市场上常见电机的效率区间,电机的MAP图表明此时运行性能最优。选取新欧洲驾驶循环工况(NEDC)进行了仿真分析,验证了所提出的永磁同步电机优化设计方案的合理性,为该类电机在新能源汽车领域应用提供了相应的理论依据。In recent years,new energy vehicles have officially entered a stage of rapid development,and the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motors has also been increasingly valued.According to the vehicle performance indicators of a certain new energy vehicle,a 36-slot 8-pole permanent magnet V-pole built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor is being designed.Motor-CAD software is being used for modeling and the parameter optimization method is being adopted.With the optimization goals of reducing cogging torque and improving efficiency,the permanent magnet thickness,air gap and stator slot depth of the motor are being optimized,analyzed and improved.The optimization results show that when the permanent magnet thickness is 4.5 mm,the air gap is 0.98 mm,and the stator slot depth is 21.7 mm,the cogging torque of the motor is minimized and the efficiency is maximized.At this time,the maximum efficiency of the motor reaches 97.34%,exceeding the efficiency range of common motors on the current market.The motor's MAP shows that the operating performance is optimal at this time.The new european driving cycle(NEDC)is being selected for simulation analysis,and the rationality of the proposed optimization design scheme for permanent magnet synchronous motors is being verified.A corresponding theoretical basis is being provided for the application of this type of motor in the field of new energy vehicles.
