吉布斯反思循环在防治鼻咽癌放疗患者口腔黏膜炎中的效果

摘　　要：目的观察鼻咽癌并采取放疗治疗患者在应用吉布斯反思循环后对口腔黏膜炎的防治效果。方法收集资料时间(2022.1.1~2022.12.31),选取100例鼻咽癌采取放疗患者资料,按照随机数字表法,给予分组处理,对照组50例患者(常规干预),观察组50例患者(联合吉布斯反思循环),患者资料均满足临床要求,对口腔黏膜损伤情况、发生时间加以观察,评估满意度情况。结果观察组I级患者占比78.00%对比对照组更高,Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级患者占比16.00%、4.00%更低(P<0.05)。观察组口腔黏膜发生时间(19.56±3.74)d更晚,满意度(92.14±4.82)分对比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放疗患者中,通过给予吉布斯反思循环护理,能够有效改善口腔黏膜炎症状,有利于延缓口腔黏膜炎发生时间,可提升满意度。IObjective To observe the prevention and treatment effect of oral mucositis after the circulation.Methods Collect data time(2022.1.1~2022.12.31),select 100 NPC patients with radiotherapy,according to the random number table method,the control group 50 patients(combined Gibbs reflection cycle),patients meet clinical requirements,observe the oral mucosa damage and occurrence time,evaluate the satisfaction.Results The proportion of grade Ⅰ patients 78.00%was higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of grade Ⅰ patients 16.00%and 4.00%was lower(P<0.05).The observation group occurred(19.56±3.74)d later,and had more satisfaction(92.14±4.82)than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with NPC radiotherapy,Gibbs can effectively improve the symptoms of oral mucositis,which is beneficial to delay the occurrence time of oral mucositis and improve the satisfaction.
