摘　　要：目的探讨血液炎症标志物在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤中的临床意义;方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2023年2月于江苏省苏北人民医院耳鼻咽喉科接受鼻内镜手术,经组织病理学诊断为鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的36例患者作为实验组,选取同期健康体检者作为对照组,采用独立样本t检验对比分析两组血液炎症标志物之间的差异、受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价炎症指标对SNIP的诊断价值。结果实验组患者中性粒细胞计数(P<0.001)、NLR(P=0.022)高于对照组,外周血红细胞计数(P=0.009)、血小板计数(P=0.012)、PLR(P=0.028)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。中性粒细胞计数、NLR对SNIP的AUC的分别为0.733、0.656,截断值为4.37、1.92,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SNIP组Neu#、NLR均高于正常对照组,RBC、PLT、PLR均低于对照组。Neu#、NLR阳性率较高,有一定的诊断价值,是评估SNIP价值的重要辅助指标。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood inflammatory markers in sinonasal inverted papilloma.Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 patients who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery from February 2018 to February 2023 at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Jiangsu Subei People's Hospital and were diagnosed with sinonasal inverted papilloma by histopathology as the experimental group,and healthy physical examiners at the same period were selected as the control group,and the differences between the blood inflammatory markers and the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)of the two groups were compared and analyzed by independent sample t-test to evaluate the diagnostic value of inflammatory indexes for SNIP.Results The neutrophil count(P<0.001)and NLR(P=0.022)were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the peripheral red blood cell count(P=0.009),platelet count(P=0.012)and PLR(P=0.028)were lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.The AUC's of neutrophil count and NLR to SNIP were 0.733 and 0.656,respectively,with cut-off values of 4.37 and 1.92,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neu#and NLR were higher in the SNIP group than in the normal control group,and RBC,PLT,and PLR were lower than in the control group.The positive rate of Neu# and NLR was higher,which has a certain diagnostic value and is an important auxiliary index to assess the value of SNIP.
