CT及MRI用于鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤临床诊断中的准确性评价

摘　　要：目的观察、分析鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤采取CT、MRI诊断的效果及准确性影响。方法选取我院100例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者(经病理确诊)研究,病例收集时间2021年02月~2023年02月,均对其实施CT、MRI诊断,对比不同检查方法效果,如诊断符合率、诊断效能等。结果①诊断准确性:MRI确诊例数为95例,误诊、漏诊例数为3例、2例,准确性为95%,CT确诊例数为79例,误诊、漏诊例数为13例、8例,准确性为79%,MRI诊断准确性高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②诊断符合率:MRI、CT于T1期、T2期、T3期、T4期诊断符合率方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);③诊断效能:MRI灵敏度、特异度与CT比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤采取MRI检查有益于提高诊断准确性,为临床治疗疾病提供数据参考,值得推广。Objective To observe and analyze the effect and accuracy of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods 100 patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were studied.All the patients were diagnosed by CT and MRI from 02 months to 02 months 20212023,the results of different methods were compared,such as diagnostic coincidence rate,diagnostic efficacy,etc.Results the accuracy of diagnosis:95 cases were diagnosed by MRI,3 cases were misdiagnosed and 2 cases were missed,the accuracy was 95%,79 cases were diagnosed by CT,13 cases were misdiagnosed and 8 cases were missed,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was higher than that of CT(p<0.05),the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 79%,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was higher than that of CT(p<0.05),the diagnostic accuracy of MRI and CT in T1,T2,T3,T4 had no statistical significance(p>0.05),the diagnostic accuracy of MRI and CT in T1,T2,T3,T4 had no statistical significance(p>0.05)Diagnostic efficacy:there was no significant difference between MRI sensitivity,specificity and CT ratio(p>0.05).Conclusion MRI examination of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and provide data for clinical treatment.
