64排低剂量螺旋CT对腺样体肥大儿童诊断的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价64排螺旋CT低剂量模式对儿童腺样体肥大的诊断价值。方法选χ^(2)择2021年6月~2023年6月期间在本院被确诊为儿童腺样体肥大的80例患儿作为研究对象,借助电脑软件进行随机分组,各有40例患者被分入对照组与研究组。对照组行64排螺旋CT常规剂量扫描,研究组行64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描。对比两组的诊断符合率、图像质量优良率以及有效放射剂量。结果研究组的图像质量优良率、诊断符合率(95%、97.50%)均与对照组(97.50%、100.00%)接近,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.346、1.013,P=0.556、0.314>0.05)。研研究组的有效放射剂量为(0.68±0.13)mSv,低于对照组的(0.98±0.15)mSv,差异有统计学意义(t=9.559,P=0.000<0.05)。结论对于儿童腺样体肥大,64排螺旋CT低剂量模式具有不逊于常规模式的图像质量和诊断准确性,且安全性更高。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT low-dose mode in children with adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods 80 cases of children with adenoidal hypertrophy diagnosed in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research object.With the help of computer software,40 cases were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group received 64-slice spiral CT conventional dose scanning,and the study group received 64-slice spiral CT low-dose scanning.The diagnostic coincidence rate,image quality and effective radiation dose were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of image quality and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group(95%and 97.50%)were similar to those of the control group(97.50%and 100.00%),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.346,1.013,P=0.556,0.314>0.05).The effective radiation dose of the study group was(0.68±0.13)mSv,lower than that of the control group(0.98±0.15)mSv,and there was significant difference between the two groups(t=9.559,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion For children with adenoidal hypertrophy,64-slice spiral CT low-dose mode has image quality and diagnostic accuracy not inferior to conventional mode,and is more safe.
